Six fabric problems that turn into bag problems
Most bag defects are fabric decisions made too early or too late. We fix them at the roll.

Shade drift between orders
Lab dips are sealed and every bulk roll is checked in a D65 cabinet to shade band A/B, so your re-order in twelve months matches the first.

Coating that cracks in winter
PU or TPU instead of PVC for EU and cold markets; we condition Gulf samples at 50 C and cold-flex EU samples before approval.

MOQ too high for a new style
60+ stock colours on 600D with no minimum beyond the bag MOQ. Custom Pantone from 1,000 m - roughly 600-800 backpacks.

"Recycled" without paperwork
RPET ships with a GRS transaction certificate. OEKO-TEX, REACH, CPSIA and Prop 65 test reports on request.

How we work
From brief to inspected roll in six steps
Engineered like a factory line: one owner per step, one sealed standard from lab dip to re-order.

Brief and fabric proposal
Send bag type, quantity, target price and destination. We reply within 12 hours with two or three fabric options and cost tiers.
- 02
Colour card and swatches
A free colour card and cut swatches ship by courier so you approve hand-feel and shade with the fabric in front of you.
- 03
Lab dip in 3 days
For custom Pantone shades we submit a lab dip within 3 days and seal the approved standard for bulk and re-orders.
- 04
Bulk dyeing and coating
Audited mills in Hebei, Zhejiang and Guangdong weave, dye and coat to the sealed standard. 15-20 days for dyed lots.

Roll-by-roll inspection
GSM, colour, rubbing fastness, coating adhesion and defects per 100 m on every roll; hydrostatic head, abrasion and tear on pre-production.

Ship - or cut and sew
Rolls ship by sea, air or express with test reports. Or they go straight to the cutting room for finished bags.

Fabric problems are cheapest to find on the inspection frame and most expensive to find in a container. Every roll goes through the first four; every pre-production sample goes through all six.
